  • We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December–February and July–August). For large groups or custom itineraries, 3–4 weeks ahead is ideal to ensure everything is perfectly arranged.
  • We accept bank transfers and Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo). A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 30 days before the tour date.
  • Absolutely. Many of our most memorable tours have been with solo travelers. You'll receive the same quality of experience with a dedicated guide. We can also connect solo travelers with compatible small groups to reduce costs if preferred.
  • Yes, we offer airport pickup and drop-off as an add-on service. Our driver will meet you at Kotoka International Airport with your name on a sign and transfer you to your hotel. Please provide your flight details when booking.
  • Subject to availability, yes! WhatsApp us directly at +233 50 367 3473 for last-minute requests. We'll do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee availability on very short notice during busy periods.
