Baboons are almost guaranteed. You'll likely also spot antelopes, bushbucks, and a wide range of birds — over 175 species recorded at Shai Hills. Rock pythons are possible.

Yes — we cruise the calm, scenic waters of the Volta near Akosombo. It's a peaceful end to a wildlife-packed morning.

How active is this tour?
Moderately active. The Shai Hills hike involves walking on rocky terrain. Good, closed-toe shoes are essential.
